[tlaplus] TLA+ website is down

Starting this morning, when visiting

I've been getting a 503 response The service is unavailable.

It was working fine last night.

We the foundation in place, are there plans to move the TLA+ content out of the Lamport's 🙌 personal website?

Maybe move it to GitHub Pages?
