[tlaplus] How to supply dependencies when using TLC from the command line?

I'm interested in building some integration of the TLA+ toolbox with Bazel. To do so, I'm acquainting myself with how to run tools from the command line. TLC.java gives the full list of arguments that can be passed. I'm struggling to find how to point TLC at a specification which another specification uses. I've poked around in the MC.tla and various related files that the IDE uses and still can't find where to give the path to a specification's dependencies. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks ahead of time.
