Table of Contents in Specifying Systems PDF

I use both the hard copy and PDF of Specify Systems. The PDF is much more useful with the table of contents represented in bookmarks, which I have added to my copy. Does Dr. Lamport monitor this group and would he be interested in distributed the enhanced PDF? I'm not distributing it myself because of copyright.
